Newhome Coffee is a micro roastery in Los Angeles with a mission to source and roast coffees that honor the hard work of people who produce it. They focus on coffees that highlight the unique characteristics of their origin, the farming practices behind them, and the specific variety of the coffee plant.
They will be showcasing four beautiful coffees as pour over with water specifically mineralized to enhance the roast profile. The coffees chosen for service are as follows:
Jaramillo, Panama | Washed | Gesha
Tarrazu, Costa Rica | Washed | SL28
Santa Barbara, Honduras | Washed | Pacas
Jinotega, Nicaragua | Washed | Pacamara
Moreover, we will be featuring their washed bourbon from the El Socorro farm in Guatemala for espresso.
